What is the Loyalty Rewards Program?
The Loyalty Rewards program is designed to give back to our valued customers. For every dollar you spend on Travee rides, you’ll earn points that can be redeemed for wallet credit. It’s our way of saying thank you for choosing Travee!
How Does It Work?
Earning and redeeming points with Travee is as easy as 1-2-3-4:
Take a Ride: Every time you hop into a Travee, you start earning points. It’s that simple!
Earn Points: For every $5 you spend on a Travee ride, you’ll automatically earn 2 points. So, whether it’s a quick trip to the store or a long journey across town, those points will add up fast!
Redeem Points: Once you’ve accumulated at least 100 points, you can start redeeming them. 100 points equal $5 in wallet credit, which you can use towards future rides.
Enjoy Savings: Use your wallet credit to save on your next Travee trip and keep riding in style while enjoying the benefits of being a loyal Travee rider.

Terms and Conditions
1. Campaign Overview The Travee "Loyalty Rewards" campaign ("Campaign") allows riders to earn points for every ride taken during the Campaign period. These points can be redeemed for wallet credit to be used on future Travee rides.
2. Campaign Period The Campaign begins on June 11th, 2024 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on December 31st, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST ("Campaign Period").
3. Eligibility The Campaign is open to all Travee users who have an active Travee account. Participation in the Campaign is automatic for all eligible users.
4. Earning Points
Riders earn 2 points for every $5 spent on a Travee ride.
Points are earned based on the total fare of each completed ride, excluding tips and any additional fees.
Points are credited automatically to the rider's account upon completion of the ride.
5. Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed at a rate of 100 points = $5 wallet credit.
There is a minimum of 100 points required for redemption.
Riders can redeem any amount of points, as long as the minimum of 100 points is met.
Wallet credits can be used towards future Travee rides.
Points earned during the Campaign Period must be redeemed by December 31st, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST.
6. Expiration of Points
All points earned during the Campaign Period expire on December 31st, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST.
Unused points will not carry over to future campaigns or periods.
7. Limitations and Restrictions
Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
Travee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
In the event of suspected fraud or abuse of the Campaign, Travee reserves the right to take appropriate action, including forfeiture of points and termination of the user's account or the entire promotion.
8. Miscellaneous
By participating in the Campaign, users agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the general terms of service of Travee.
Travee is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or malfunctions that may occur in the process of earning or redeeming points.
Travee's decisions regarding all aspects of the Campaign are final and binding.
9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Travee operates.
By participating in the Travee "Loyalty Rewards" campaign, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
